Level of depression being rising everyday numberous of people becoming patient of depression.

A harse reality that is people think happiness comes to those who have great fortune it’s a Big mythology.

I want you to have a look of the picture which is given below.

What do you think now why they are happy. Do they have abundance of fortune?. Do they belong to rich environment?. Do they' have everything ? Please be meticulous here. You will get your the answer. These kids are totally untouched the feeling of being richer or gaining money having a desire to have somthing like we often wish to have for instance having Tesla car, or having play station to be happy right.

Here are some real way of achieving happening in your life no matter what is your circumstances nor matter what short of adversity through you are going.

  • Start helping others.

Let me tell you Finland is the rich happiest contry ranking well every year in happiness index. One of the best reason of Finland happiness is the higher rates of generosity. Nearly half of all people in Finland gives charity to poor less wealthy people and the organisation who helps these people. They have a full support from their citizens. So start helping others who knows if you make a cute smile in their face that would be redirect on your face too.

  • Always believe someone is always stand for you.

As someone said when we change the way we look at something whatever we look at it will change our perspective. With the increasment of population and technology we have seen a big down fall in hopes and believe. When small and temporary defeat overtakes a man the most easy and logical things to do is quite. We are looking our belives in ourselves. Feeding our brain with negative self talk deliberately. Same way of thinking which creates the problems doesn’t solve the problems so think positively no matter what you have been through have a smile on your face and welcome to yourself in the world which needs to be repair the one who can do it it’s you so start your day with this short of mentality.

  • Practicing spirituality.

Being grateful and proud of yourself whatever you have never complaint about it. You can start mindfulness meditation for relaxation and happy life. Try to find meaningfull connect with something bigger than yourself. Accept everything whatever is coming deal with that it’s your obligations. Have a faithful mind have a faith on your inner soul' let your heart do what it wants.

  • Stop comparing yourself with other’s.

Believe me or not on of the reason why you aren’t happy because you are not living in yourself, you actually living in someone else life.alway thinking i wish I could be like him or her, hates yourself cause you have a short height ,dark skin, or you are poor , you could have thousands of reasons to hates yourself trust me not one is ungly in the world even darkest people they have their own unique personality for instance anok yai is a American fashion model of South Sudanese heritage she is beautiful model has been considered internationally. So not matter how ungly you consider yourself you actually not as your mother and father how beautiful you are they will tell you you are queen and king of their. Love you self you are unique and you are special.

  • Spend your money in experiences.

Literally everyone wants new things to buy and wear so on you maybe spending your money and time in doing shopping and buying somthing you really want. There are some difference between something you want and somthing you need. But mostly you buy and purchase that you want right beautiful you don’t know what actually you need. Even after brought the items in your home few days later everything will be normal back a Life was before that items. Means that’s doesn’t give you happiness at all. Instead of focusing in buying items and products focus to gaining new experience and learn new things that would probably change your Life dramatically. Will add inteligent and abundance of practical knowledge which will help you to make your life troubles less, and with that you will be gaining problem solving skills that will help you to convert adversity into opportunity.

  • Make a connection with good people.

You are the Average of those to whom you spend your most of the time. Look out at your friends circle are they group of negative person, or are they group of positive. Effects of people thought and message fastly work on you. You May have experience whatever conversation happened with you. You remember right. Somehow you thought and speaking way is little bit like them. If they are like vulger people group talking shit, you will adopt the shit too and speak very soon vulger shit consciously and subconsciously.

  • Be proactive don’t be reactive.

There are some real sleazeball people out there, they' will try to moke you, will try to troll you, perhaps you will go out of control start trolling them back. Wait do not do it consider they' are bad but you don’t have to just ignoring them is the best things causes they' want your attention. The more you take things personally they will get charge high and will soon trol and back.

  • Help people but don’t expect anything from them.

One of the genuine reason of unhappiness is expectations. for example you helped your friend financially when he was bankrupt. Now you need financial support and you went to him instead of helping you he just made a excuses and simply ignored you. I know how it actually felt like. I have been victim of it. So never expect anything from anyone. Help them and forget it that will give you happiness.

  • The power of forgiveness.

Trust me it’s actually work for me and I believe it will work for you the same. People to whom you had a fight or anyone whoever hurts or probably did mess up with you right. Whenever you saw them or heard their name will let you feel uncomfortable and will wiped your positive and brings negative thoughts of negative event’s right. One of the simplest way to get rid of it forgive them even if they haven’t say sorry or apologies to you forgive them anyway, and you will see the miracle you won’t get any short of negative thoughts in your brain and mind about them. That shit they did with your won’t impacts you emotionally and physically sooner or later it will be fade and completely wiped out.
