You won’t change your life until you change something you do daily, success is in your daily action and habits. small small tiny habit add up a big result if it is bad habit result will be worse, if it is good habit result will be surprisingly amazing.

so today i have somethings which even doesn’t affect your routins if you follow it daily it will come to have big achievement.

so here we go with tiny habit which will increase your productivity with the rate of 1 percent.

Drinking a glass of fresh water

75% of our brain made of water it’s a good reason to drink water more as much you can drink it will help you to be relax and mostly make people calm and cool help also to stay in focus. try to make a habit of drinking a glass of water daily. in the morning when you wake up get some lukewarm water it is good for you body specially your digestive system.

read anything which is valuable

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”

make a habit of reading will build a patience inside you, you will be in different world full of information. best way to organize your mind is reading it stimulate your brain and train to focus. even if you are spending your 10 minutes daily in reading you will find hug difference between you and your past version of you.

listening music

listening classical music and natural music does wipe out your stress, woe , and sadness and help you to concentrate better has been proved by science. everyone sing a song some people sing in their mind some sing openly but literally which everybody does, singing song even released dopamine and serotonin. so start listening and singing your favorite song everyday for few minutes.

be in green environment

trust me it’s something which i have been doing since i found the fact about green environment. spending even microsecond will cause a great productive. solitude, peace, harmony are the good source of mental health which exists in green environment. so go and have a walk in green environment such as forest, park if you don’t have any park and forest nearby you you can see tree and plans sit there for a minutes.

write three things you are greatful for

writing down things you are greatful at the end of the day amazingly add up productivity it’s a miracle the science behind writing your day which realise you what you did good or bad. you will be meticulous towards your actions, will not do the same mistakes and will do same actions which provided you benefits.
