calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom.

can we think nothing? it’s impossible to think nothing honestly because our mind is always in process. We simply can’t ignore the fact we need to have mental peace in this noisy world, where so much violent stress tension pressure. we need to maintain peace. so I’ve brought a complete meditation guide for people who wants to practice meditation.

There are unlimited benefits of meditation. such as You can achieve peaceful life, You can accomplish the goal with the power of a positive brain through meditation you can gain. Let’s Begin.

Find Peaceful Environment.

first, you need to find a peaceful environment where there shouldn’t be noise or disturbance. you may also shut down or put your phone in silent mode. Places are good such as gardens and nearby rivers or ponds, behind the tree, etc. no worry if you don’t have such a place you can practice anywhere but make sure silence must be there. use noise Cancelation if you are living in an extremely crowded environment.

Sit Down comfortably.

here you may have seen different people follow have different siting styles. but don’t be confused they choose what they found comfortable. you need to sit a way where you wouldn’t get back pain or any sort of difficulty. but here your backbone must be straight shouldn’t tend or be told. you can use a pillow or can take support of the wall if you will find any sort of complexity while meditating in your back.

Inhale and Exhale.

Once you sited Comfortably now it’s time to start the next process it’s inhaled and exhaled. now close your eyes slowly and start breathing in heavily and breath out lightly. do it at least five times, after that you need to do t breathe in and breathe out normally. while doing breath in and breath out just count in your mind silently when you breathe in say in your mind inhale when you breathe out says in your mind exhale.

Bring your awareness back.

You will face a lot of distractions in your mind, very soon you will lose your focus on your breathing. you will start daydreaming or thinking about something else. no worry these are the problems likely one is facing. no one is perfect even the one who did mastery in meditation they also facing the same things. what you need to do when you will be facing a sort of problems instead of dreaming or thinking anything while doing meditation simply when you get your awareness that you are thinking something or doing the dreaming, just bring you awareness simply again breathe in and breathe out. do it, again and again, your brain will be trained soon.

Listening smelling Thinking.

When you found out you are listening to something simply say I am listening and bring your awareness back to your breathing. when you found out you are smelling something just say I am smelling and bring your awareness back. do it again and again.
