Can we sleep four or three hours a day without any side effects?

We have only 24 hours' within it we have to do whatever you want to do. Many of us probably don’t give a shit right, But people like me who is actively and keenness wants to learn several new things it isn’t enough time' this is what we think right, this is obviously only way to learn many things to compromise your sleeping time.

So here we go I’m not in support of compromising your sleep for you work, good proportion of sleep is compulsory and necessary for good health specially mental performance. But what else we can do possibly have so much task to do, office deadlines, family time, Home work, etc. Requirements are not even countable so how can we complete within 24 hours right.

Story began from here big amount of people specially job holders and businessman aren’t getting enough time, having very destructive mind can even cause mental disorder and severe health decease. Let me tell you do not compromise you sleep unless it’s necessary for instance — work pressure, deadline, etc.

We are getting pretty advance right everyday brings new opportunities with new technology for us. We think we are incredible indeed. So sleeping even can’t be somthing which can be barriers for your dreams or work. I came after reading so many articles and research of science on sleep. I found even there' isn’t any strong believe that science clam to be factual and true can be possible for others. However there are few mind blowing people in the past who were actually sleep 3 and 4 hours that wasn’t cause any effects infact they were genius maybe this sleep patterns brings intense productivity who knows.

Let’s have a look types of sleep and which one are you following.

There are three of sleep cycle and sleep patterns .

  • Monophasic

Majority of us do follow monophasic sleep cycle, means take a complete sleep in one cycle, like we do taking 8 or 7 hours of sleep.

  • Biphasic

Completing sleep with two' cycles could be like 4 hours' sleeps in night and 4 hours could be in day, so many people actually do this specially who have night duty and the one who do night job.

  • Polyphasic

When people do complete their cycle more than two segments. It’s is very rear in nature however so generous used to do it for instance Leonardo DiCaprio, Thomas Elva edition, Nikola Tesla, Winston Churchill. These people were genius and actually do had a polyphonic sleep cycle,

What science say about it.

Science has recently found in research some unique gene mutation, which is called ADRB1
If people have this dna type they can be fit and fine with less sleep such as 3 and 4 hours is enough for them.

Types of polyphonic sleep cycle.

  • Everyman

three hours of sleep Plus approximately three 20 minus naps .

  • Uberman.

Only three hours of sleep per day in form of six to seven 20 minutes naps throughout day.

  • Dymaxion

Only two hours of sleep per day in the form of 20 minutes naps every six hours.
