Procastination and excuses is comes with human when they born, Everybody does procastination nobody is untouched with it, but the one who manager it are the success one.

So here we go I wil give you the best possible and practice solution for your procastination habits.

Don’t think more just start it

I know thinking is something which every species does, but overthinking is cause distract, a lot of us when it’s come to do important task which need to be done we simply procastination as if we have a many times a day’s left to do that task, one Times out you found yourself you haven’t completed it, deadline or pressure makes you feel uncomfortable, that’s where you realise you shouldn’t have missed it. Right ,, so anything which is necessary as well as information, just do it no matter what, Star doing right now don’t over thinking,

Take a Baby steps

Something thing’s are hard to do and somthing things even not hard to do but we made it hard so we do procastination, while thinking you have a quite havy rough task left to do it will create a negative effects on your mind then you will loose you interest you won’t willing to do, so taking Baby steps one of the practice solution for people who does these short of procastination, have been shown in science research that starting with small small things brain doesn’t feel suffocating later on that small small things when it’s get intertwined with itself become Big things, make a first priority to starting with tiny little while doesn’t have a sound which let you feel boringness,

Commit to spend minimum time first

Mostly we ignore the talk to do it’s because we thought it will take a lot of time, even it’s come to do study for two hours and three hours you may possibly to at once but next you will be lazy enough to prevent it, so how can we get escape from it, do not have a mind to think like you have to study for three hours or we have to do this task which takes so much hours' by doing it, you are exacerbating you brain giving negative training to it, so instead of saying I have to study harder at least 2 hours' daily don’t say it just start saying I’ve to study just for 5 minutes after that I would have a rest or leave from that task by practicing continuously you will be out of procastination zone for sure, it actually hacking your brain., So start thinking you need to spend a minimum time, for instance we must agree study is so boring for most of us special such a chemistry and maths when you are about to study, then suffering from procastination is the most logical things to do, you might start study at all, instead of quite study just made your mind that you will only study for five minutes and it’s a easy things to do one you hit and being in process, you will loose the track of time, you don’t remember hours' have passed out it’s like you were totally forgot you have to study only five minutes,

Use pomodore device

I have been using pomodore it’s been a three months, there is great science behind it, cause pomodore techniques is unique gives us a specific time within in you have to finish your talk, general time which mejority of people does set it’s 25 minutes minimum for task after it they prefer to take five minutes break, it’s very precise way to do the task with least destruction,

Enjoy what you do

Love what you do or do what you love even if it is boring try hard to make it intresting, share your knowledge or your skills to somebody rewards yourself in order to feel satisfied with your work.
